Need a Carpenter?
Simon is now available to make your home even more beautiful. Simon has left his stable life as an employee of Galli Interiors--a high end custom cabinet shop in Albany. It was a good year and a half there, where he was dubbed the "head of the super, elite, custom, specialty department of incredible amounts of production" by the shop foreman, interesting and challenging, Simon feels that it is time to devote more energy to his martial arts and moving meditation classes (which are also going well, thank you). However, until Deepak Chopra starts recommending his classes in his books, there is a small monetary discrepancy between what Galli Interiors pays a full time cabinet maker and what his dear students can afford to pay Simon for Aikido, Chi Kung, and Reiki. BUT, Simon's loss is your gain! That's right, because now he is doing part time cabinet work, finish & trim carpentry, and the like. That means that you folks who have half finished kitchens, doors that need to be hung, and rooms that need to be trimmed out (since your contractor never got around to it) have a chance to get all that work done. So give him a call at 272-5408 and let Simon know what you need and how he can help.

General Reminders:
Have You Got Your Bag?
Market Block Books is trying to reduce their use of paper/plastic bags in order to be more environmentally friendly. When you make a large purchase, MBB will ask you if you'd like a free canvas bag. MBB only asks that if you take one, you reuse it (for your Troy Farmers Market purchases, maybe?) or return it to the store so that they can give it to someone else. If you have canvas bags that you don't use, please consider donating them to MBB so they can circulate them throughout the community. Thanks for any help! If you have any questions. (Free canvas bags do not include the Book House/Market Block Books bags that they sell--those are still $14.75, and very stylish!)
